Are you a startup or a small business with limited budget to run your website?
Then you're probably dealing with some or all of these issues:

An expensive agency that’s slow, rigid, and only does one part of the job

A website that constantly needs fixes and updates

No clear overview of what’s being worked on

Small changes taking weeks

Big changes taking months

Content and performance treated as side projects

To try and solve your problems, you’re probably using (or tried) some of these options:

In-house resources

High fixed cost

Hard to hire for broad skill sets

Already stretched thin on other projects

One bad hire = 6 months lost

External agencies

Expensive retainers

Slow turnaround

Work is scoped upfront

Different contact people

Hard to exit

Freelancer(s)

Hourly billing

No incentive to move fast

No ownership/continuity

No long-term availability

Painful feedback rounds

But these are slow, expensive and don’t get the job done

Questions? Answers.

Many companies run campaigns through their website — for example seasonal promotions, limited-time offers, webinar registrations, product launches, or lead-generation initiatives designed to capture interest and turn visitors into contacts. Campaign management means we handle everything required to launch and run those campaigns smoothly on your website.

On the front end, we create and implement all the visible campaign assets. This can include dedicated landing pages, promotional sections on your site, banners, signup forms, and any supporting visuals needed to communicate the offer clearly and drive conversions.

On the back end, we make sure everything works properly behind the scenes. That includes connecting forms to your CRM or contact database, routing submissions to the right place, setting up tracking, and ensuring all campaign data flows correctly into your existing tools. In other words, when someone interacts with your campaign, the information is captured, processed, and delivered exactly where it needs to go.

If you also have the email marketing add-on, we extend campaign management further by building and managing the automated communication that follows. This includes setting up email sequences for people who sign up — such as confirmations, follow-ups, onboarding messages, reminders, or nurturing flows — so your campaign continues working after the initial interaction.

Full page implementations refer to creating an entirely new page from start to finish. This typically includes the full process — from initial brainstorming and wireframing, through design and development, all the way to implementation and connection with your existing backend tools (such as forms, CRM, analytics, or automation systems).

They are different from page updates or edits, which involve modifying or improving an existing page rather than building one from scratch.

The Standard plan includes 3 full page implementations. Any additional pages beyond that are billed at €1,000 per page. If you expect to launch many new pages regularly, it’s often more cost-effective to switch to the Premium plan, even if you don’t need a full website rebuild.

We can connect your website to almost any external service you use. In most cases, we do this through Zapier, a platform that securely connects different apps and tools so they can automatically share data and trigger actions between each other — without manual work.

At the beginning of our collaboration, we’ll ask for temporary access to the tools you want connected (such as your CRM, email platform, or other systems). This allows us to set up the integrations properly through Zapier and ensure everything works as intended.

This is typically a one-time setup. Once everything is connected, we manage and maintain the integrations for you so form submissions, lead forwarding and the likes all happen smoothly in the background.

Improving an existing page means working with what’s already there — refining the layout, updating content, adjusting design elements, improving performance, or optimizing structure to make the page clearer and more effective. In many cases, meaningful improvements can be made without rebuilding the page from scratch.

Creating a new page, on the other hand, is a full implementation. It involves building something entirely new — from initial concept and structure to design, development, and integration with your systems. This typically includes planning the page’s purpose, creating the layout, implementing functionality, and connecting it to any relevant tools such as forms, tracking, or automation.

In practice, the line between the two can sometimes be thin. If a page is changed so extensively that it’s essentially being rebuilt — for example, with a completely new structure, purpose, and design — it may be treated as a full page implementation.

That being said, unless you’re asking us to turn a wordpress document into a page and calling it a “page improvement” (that would be a stretch and we would charge that as a full page implementation), we’re usually very flexible when it comes to improving existing pages. Most meaningful refinements, updates, and structural improvements to existing pages are treated as page improvements.

We will never send you surprise invoices, so we will always let you know before getting to work if a page needs to be treated as a full implementation rather than improvement. The Standard plan includes 3 full page implementations. Any additional pages beyond that are billed at €1,000 per page. If you expect to launch many new pages regularly, it’s often more cost-effective to switch to the Premium plan, even if you don’t need a full website rebuild.

The email marketing add-on covers the setup and management of automated email communication connected to your website activity. This includes building and maintaining email funnels, follow-up sequences, onboarding messages, and other automated workflows that are triggered when users sign up, make inquiries, or interact with your website.

We design the structure and content of these flows, connect them to your external tools if needed, and ensure everything runs smoothly in the background, from capturing signups to delivering the right messages at the right time.

In 90% of cases we will work with MailerLite, our tool of choice for email marketing. In rare cases where an existing setup doesn’t allow for it, we’ll be open to working with your own tool.

Addons are fully separate from any long-term commitment plan. You can opt out of an addon at any given time and you’ll stop paying for it immediately. Just shoot us an email and we’ll remove it from your next invoice right away.

Switching from one agency to another is often slow and uncomfortable. It usually requires you to coordinate the handover, clarify responsibilities, transfer access, and manage communication between parties — all while trying to not hurt anyone’s feelings and staying cordial.

That’s exactly what we aim to remove. From the start, we take as much ownership of the transition as possible so you can stay focused on running your business. In most cases, our team handles the communication and coordination directly. We request the necessary access, manage the migration, and oversee the transfer step by step.

Once everything is ready, we schedule our first touch base to start getting some work done!

In order to run your website, you currently pay a third-party hosting provider. With the hosting add-on, we move your site to our hosting provider of choice (FastComet) and fully manage the hosting environment for you.

In almost every case, we can provide the same level of performance, at a lower cost. If your current hosting plan is more powerful than your website actually needs, we’ll also advise you accordingly and help you downgrade to something more appropriate.

Choosing the hosting add-on means fewer responsibilities on your end. We handle server configuration, performance settings, updates, and any technical issues that arise. This also ensures your hosting setup is fully aligned with how we build and manage your website, which reduces compatibility problems and speeds up troubleshooting if anything ever needs attention.

We pride ourselves on offering a hassle-free, cancel-anytime monthly membership to our customers. However, if you’re happy with our services and decide you want to work with us in the long run, you can switch to a yearly plan to save even more money (15% with a 1-year plan). The best part? You can still cancel your yearly plan anytime and get a 40% refund on your unused membership.

Example: you commit to a 1-year Standard plan and pay €22.950 upfront (€1.912 per month, 15% discount). After 10 months, you decide to cancel your membership with 2 months left on it. You get back 1.912 x 2 x 40% = €1.529

That happens even to the best of us. In the unfortunate even that your dedicated website manager is not in the office, you will get an automatic email within 5 minutes asking if you prefer to wait for your website manager to be back, of if you’re ok with switching to another one of our available agents, for example if it’s an urgent matter.

All you have to do is click on your choice inside the email itself, everything else is automatic. Here is what the email looks like by the way. LINK

On the standard plan, you can only reach out to your dedicated website manager via email, usually with very fast response time. Remember that you get a one-time 10% off your monthly membership cost if we take less than 1 hour to respond to you during normal business hours (9am-5pm CET).

On the premium plan, you can reach out via email, and you also get a dedicated phone number you can call for any help you may need, also available during normal business hours (9am-5pm CET).

It’s usually fine to do this without email (you’ll get an invite sent manually by your website manager), but we also use calendly if necessary. You’ll get a link to your website manager’s calendar availability and will be able to book a meeting there.

On the standard plan, you get 5 monthly hours of Zoom calls. On the premium plan you get your own on-call website manager available during normal business hours (9am-5pm CET).

Simply recommend us to your friends or colleagues and connect us with potential clients. When they sign up, they just need to let us know you referred them — either by mentioning your name when we speak or by writing your name in the “How did you hear about us?” section of the signup form when they formally subscribe to our services.

Once they are charged for the first time, you’ll receive 50% off your monthly fee for that same month, or the month right after if the 2 dates are really close. You’ll get an email informing you that your discount is coming up, and the process is fully automatic, you don’t have to do anything!

In most cases, yes, you can be up and running with our services within just a few days. The main factor that affects timing is whether you’re currently working with another agency or service providers, as transitions can take longer depending on how quickly access, information, and approvals are shared. When a handover is involved, the process may take a few weeks, largely depending on how responsive the existing provider is (we move very fast, not everyone is used to that).

If there’s no agency to transition from and you simply want us to take over your website immediately, the process is much faster. We’ll schedule an initial call within a few days, gather the necessary access, and can typically be in the driver seat of your website in less than a week after that.

In the unfortunate event that you wish to cancel our services, just shoot us an email and we’ll take care of everything, often on the same day. Billing stops almost immediately, and if you are owed a refund from us, you’ll get it in your account on the last business day of the current month (it can take a few business days for you to receive the money depending on your bank). Everything will be summarized for you in an email you get once the cancellation process has started.

Regarding our services, we will provide you with a PDF guide on how to use everything we’ve set in place for you, where to find things, and you’ll still get access to your website dashboard for 1 week after cancelling. After that, access will be revoked.

If you’re switching over to another service provider/agency, we’ll happily connect with them and work with them for up to a month, if need be, to ensure a smooth transition process.

It’s important to note that if you cancel our services within the first 2 months of you signing up, we will roll back all changes made up by us up until that point, and restore your website to the state it was in when we took over. If it’s been more than 2 months, we’ll leave it as is, though we often advise to have us keep an “offboarding backup”, in case you ever want to come back to us or need it for a move to another agency. If you want us to delete all the data we own about your business and your website, we will do so.

You need to be on the premium plan to be able to customize your monthly email report. We offer different report templates you can choose from and switch to at any time. All you have to do is shoot us an email and tell us which template you want to go for. You get access to our template library once you become a premium customer.

If there are any specific changes you want for your email report (like custom metrics, links, sections…), we can take it on a call and build the template for you.

We currently only work with WordPress but are working on supporting more CMS in the near future. If your website runs something else and you’re interested in working with us, we will take care of the migration and switch over at no extra cost.

We focus on creating the type of content that directly supports your website’s performance. Things like page copy, landing page messaging, campaign content, UI text such as buttons. This includes rewriting or refining existing content, as well as creating new content when needed as part of a page implementation or campaign.

We do not operate as a traditional content, copywriting or SEO agency producing large volumes of long-form optimized content on an ongoing basis. For example, we typically don’t handle recurring blog post production, editorial calendars, or content marketing strategies that require continuous publishing.

Thank you!

We'll be in touch with you really soon!
